Well, today is the day before Christmas officially begins.  In our family, the festivities really kick off on Christmas Eve, tomorrow.

But, tonight, much of the family is arriving and I just wanted to kick this off with a blog entry and tell all my friends and the random visitors of the world, “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”

Tonight, for my family, I will be barbecuing outside and Cooking Steak on a Cold Night. I have to teach these younger kids that you do not need an ideal night for a BBQ because every night is great for a BBQ!  Plus, my sons in laws need to know how to cook new york steak so that they can be true men.

Real men know how to BBQ.  Thus, I will turn these young gents into real men tonight, or real men of genius as Budweiser likes to say.

But anyway, the point of my post is to let everyone know, friends and strangers alike, that we will be sending out our good vibes to the world tonight and wishing everyone the best as we sit down to our annual family Christmas steak dinner.
